This dreamy recipe is so easy and you can even make it easier by already buying the blend all ready to go! I personally choose to purchase each ingredient from my favorite place, Bulk Herb Store but you can purchase the ready to go 1/2 pound mixture. I tell you, you won’t go buy any other Chai type recipe. SO wonderful! So…here ya go and ENJOY! Really any time of year not just fall! 1 Cup.     Organic Red Rooibos Tea (buy here) 1/2 Cup  Organic Cinnamon Chips (buy here) 1/2 Cup.  Organic Whole Cloves (buy here) 1/3 Cup. Organic Orange Peel (buy here) 1/4 Cup. Organic Ginger Root (buy here) Mix each ingredient in a steel bowl. I put the mixture in a mason jar and keep in a cool dark place like your pantry. Label as well. Once you have your blend made and you are ready to brew, place 1-3 tsp of the blend in your strainer, pour boiling water over your blend and steep for at least 10 minutes. Cover your tea while it steeps. This holds the flavors. Add your honey or sweetener and the topper…add your almond milk. I tell you this is what makes this SO yummy! I also add a little nutmeg to add a little touch. In the picture is a Calendula flower to make a special touch! All eatable too! Special note: If you like one ingredient more feel free to experiment with this and add or take out what is too strong for your taste. I LOVE the orange peel and add more. The leaves turn color and so do our minds towards the upcoming school year. Are you preparing for what is ahead with germs and sickness? Are you preparing your home right now to get your family ready to fight off germs? It all begins with a healthy lifestyle and eating right. In our family, we use supplements to help our bodies fight off any internal issues. We do love our Plexus! Next, I make sure that our home is clean of chemical type supplies. We use natural cleaning supplies from our dishes to our bathrooms, to our laundry, and even clean air. Using a diffuser with Immune Strength essential oil sets up our family to fight off those germs in the air. I even have them in their rooms! We also spray bed sheets with some wonderful blends mixed with filtered water. The smell is amazing and will help them sleep as well!  You can try other blends for bed sprays like the Flu Time,  Eucalyptus and Peppermint.   If you love to experiment, I suggest blending many different oils that you enjoy the fragrance. There are so many to choose from and everyone has their favorites. So give it a whirl! I love having an extra jug of electrolyte tea as well. I give them this as a boost to their breakfast and will also give them after school.  If they are coming down with something, I will add a drop or two of tinctures that I have made up to put in their tea. Many of the tinctures I have on hand include, cold and flu fighters. Those recipes are below as well. Clean your bathroom…BIG germ collector… I fill old Parmesan cheese container 1/2 baking soda and your 20+ drops of Immune Strength essential oil. PERFECT for also cleaning your tub, shower, and sinks. Take that same oil and put into a  4 oz spray bottle adding 20 drops of essential oil and you have a great spray to clean your countertops. Take that same powder and sprinkle on your carpets than vacuum…TADA…your own carpet cleaner too. For your kitchen: Essential oils I love to mix into a spray bottleBlack Pepper, Lemon, Citrus Passion, (also wonderful in your water), and Lime. I keep them under our sink ready to clean and bring a freshness to your kitchen. Try this wonderful Electrolyte Tea! You will want to have these ingredients on hand ALL year long!  The awesome flavor too!  From my favorite Bulk Herb store.

What are Electrolytes?

7 Cups – Hibiscus Orange Delight Tea 2-4 Tbsp. Raw Honey/Maple Syrup 1/2 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt 1 tsp. Calcium/Magnesium Powder Make the Herbal Tea as directed, remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until everything is thoroughly combined with the tea. Refrigerate until cold! OOO if you LOVE smoothies you will find this recipe amazing! AND if you have never tired BUBBLE TEA well let me tell ya…YUM!!! A smoothie with a little fun through your straw! The blends of these herbs and fruit and Plexus protein 96 will just make your taste buds wonder what happened! Of course with any recipe add what you feel you like most. Variations are to your imagination as well. I love chocolate and peanut butter so I may try that next. I also love adding my Pumpkin Tea Blend using Roobios tea that you can find on my blog too for a nice fall smoothie. Note: the black BOBA bubbles are best if you don’t want dyes. The color ones are really fun but I saw they had a bunch of things I didn’t want in my body. So here we go…Ready? First, you will need: Bogo Bubbles or Tapioca Pearls (buy here comes with straws) Frozen or fresh raspberries Plexus 96 Protein Vanilla (buy here) Rose Petals (buy here) Hibiscus Flower (buy here) Almond milk Organic honey (buy here)   Step 1: Get your bubbles ready by following package directions. Leave in cold water until your ready to strain and put in the bottom of your fun bubble smoothie glass.         Step 2: Make up your Hibiscus/Rose tea (I had mine made the night before and chilled in the fridge ready to go. But if you are making yours fresh make sure to cool it down once it has steeped for its 10-15 minutes.     Step 3: Pour 1 Cup of tea in a blender and add your honey or Stevia.   Step 4: Add ½ Cup of Almond milk   Step 5: Add your Raspberries and ice cubes   Step 6: Add you Plexus 96 ( I use only half of a package) Blend away until nice and SMOOTH   Put your bubbles in your mug making sure to be well drained. Pour your smoothie mixture over the bubbles and add a touch of sprinkled rose herbs on top. Add your straw and ENJOY!!!! March 19, 2017 If you suffer from allergies or feel a little something coming on, turn to tea and essential oils! It works for me EVERY TIME! The key behind staying healthy and keeping your immune system strong comes down to what you put in your body when you well AND when you’re sick. I use daily supplements to keep my body ready for the attacks of this world called germs. I also use those supplements to boost my body to fight off infections by building a strong immune system. I personally have tried many products, nothing worked 100% until I tried Plexus. If you like, you can click on the link and read more about the product that has helped me and thousands of others GET WELL ahead of the big sickness called colds and flu. Next, I keep close clues to what comes before a cold or flu bug. If a bug is going around, which is all the time in the winter, a spring, I start diffusing my home with essential oils and of course I use only essential oils for cleaning my home as well. You can check out some recipes here. For me, when a cold is coming I feel it in my nose and teeth. Kinda like when you get a sinus infection. I begin by inhaling my go-to remedy, Eucalyptus OilI may inhale several times a day. Along with that, I inhale Peppermint.  If after a few hours symptoms don’t subside, I hit the BIG guns and will boil in a glass bowl purified water and place a few drops of either oil in water and with a towel over my head and bowl begin to inhale. WHEW…watch out..it is powerful but VERY effective. Usually, this will do it and whatever was gonna hit, subsides. Lastly, throughout the day I mix myself some of my favorite Immune Strength tea blends. I love this tea! You can use the ingredients below and have your own batch adding more of a favorite spice. I love to make my own so I created a recipe to share with you. Drinking tea throughout the day, smelling the freshness of a home cleaned with no chemicals, and using oils on my body, is just what the nature Doctor gave us to get well and KEEP well. Lee Allergy and Immune Tea Wild Cherry-1/2 c Nettles  ¾ c Plantain Leaf  ½ c Yarrow-1/2 c Elder Berry ¼ c Licorice root ¼ c Ginger Root2 Tsp. Fenugreek Seed-1/4 c Orange peel 2-3 tsp. ( I like a lot of orange flavoring) Mix, keep in airtight container. ( I use handy dandy mason jars decorated on the outside) When ready to brew, place the desired amount in a tea strainer, and steep for at least 10 minutes. Mix together and you have an AWESOME tea blend as you feel a cold coming on! So great for those allergies as well! Enjoy getting well the natural way, drinking tea,  eating well and taking your supplements!

I am so excited I can hardly stand it! Starting in February I took all the eggshells we have been collecting and began filling them with dirt. I planted seedlings in each one, and of course, placing them in the sun. I had so many seeds that I had to get some seedling trays and plant some more. I think I have over 250 plants! I guess I am an overachiever! HA! I have NEVER done this before, but we want to have a huge garden this year and I don’t want to take any chances I may lose some. SO…why does not plant a ton!!! We are also going to plant a special herb garden for our horses that we will be calling the  THYME OUT PASTURE. Isn’t that cute? Get it? A garden is full of herbs the horses can walk in and choose what their bodies need. I think this will be a wonderful asset to the ministry this year! Unlike us, God has given them the ability to know what herb to choose when they have an element like a cold, cough, tummy upset, etc. So above I have one of my favorite herbs, Calendula. I love this herb! I can’t wait to see what it will do and how it will dry and of course, make into teas and tinctures. Calendula has many medicinal properties to it. One is that I love is making it into a gargle to help reduce inflammation of the mouth and throat. I also love it in my tea mixed with mint.
