Top 10 Roll-On Essential Oil Recipes

These are my top 10 blends to put into easy roll-on bottles. The 1o recipes below I use on a regular bases due to the issues either I face or my family does. Recently I found Dr. Z masterclass gave a ton of great info on using rollers. One being always to add a carrier oil for absorption. So helpful! Here is his book which I HIGHLY recommend! It is awesome!

Essential oils roller recipes

AMAZING and cheap too!

With each  roller bottle I put the carrier oil in first just a few squirts than add drops of each oil recommended. Fill the bottle with carrier oil just before the top. If I am using the oil bottle a lot, I will fill the bottle. If I think I am only going to use it for a short time, I just cut the amounts in half to keep the oils always fresh. Recommended to use up the bottle in 3-5 months for full freshness.
Darling Roller Labels

So cute and you get a TON of them!

Here are some adorable labels for both your rollers and bottles. Darling!
The company sent a verse in the package! So awesome!

*I do not make any claims that essential oils will work for your particular element. I suggest you always get advice from your physician over any medical issues you have. The information we provide is just that information. We hope by choosing essential oils you will find relief as our family has!

God’s blessings and enjoy trying these helpful, quick rollers.
