Just in Case Oil…

Immune Strength…very powerful oil blend ready to go to place behind your ears and on your chest. I even put in on the bottom of my feet before bed to fight off any sickness for a body that may be run down. When your body is fighting or challenged it needs an immune BOOST!

Suggested Ways To Use Essential Oil

Facial Mist: Fill a 3oz spray bottle (especially for air travel size) of water add 10 or so drops of Bergamot and Lavender oil

Room/Indoor Space: 3oz spray bottle fill with water and add 10 drops of Immune Strength, or clove and orange oil. Spray around room and on sheets and covers which will also disinfect your space. Not to freak you out or anything, but Peppermint is awesome for bed bugs so have another spray not diluted much with water and spray sheets well.

Immediate Therapy: If I am getting stuffy, nauseous, or anxious, I rub peppermint between my hands and cup my hands over my nose and mouth and breath in. This is my most trusted way and quickest and safest way to get the oils into my system. On horseback or in a church…it works!

Don’t know Dilutions Ratio?

I am not really sensitive to essential oils, but some folks are. You can add a drop without a carrier oil to your wrist and see if you have a reaction. If not, only use a drop behind ears, back of neck, chest, or bottom of feet. If unsure, always mix with a carrier oils. Here is a good tip.
