OOOOO…this tea and syrup is such a delightful blend. I just love the tea warm or cold and the syrup makes your morning pancakes or waffles extra special. The romantic feel in your tummy and aroma is really wonderful. I think you will love this blend!
Romantic Tea Blend:
1 cup of Rose Bud Petals
1/2 cup of Damiana Leaf
1/4 to 1/2 cup of Cocoa Nibs, roasted (depends on your taste buds…start with less and add more if you like)
1/4 Cinnamon Chips
1/4 Orange Peel
1 Vanilla beanscrapped (this is super expensive right now, so add a little pure extract like a 1/8
Blend in a glass bowl all ingredients and place in a mason jar. Keep in pantry away from sunlight.
When your ready to make your tea, put 1-2 tsp into a tea strainer and pour your hot water over herbs. Let steep for 15 or so minutes and enjoy. For cold add ice once steeped. For an added health and aroma benefit, add a drop ofCinnamon BarkEssential oil. Amazing aroma and good for you!
For the Romantic Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup organic sugar
6 tbsp of your Romantic tea blend
1. Boil water in a medium saucepan on the stovetop.
2. Once water has come to a boil, take the saucepan off the heat and steep tea in water for 5 minutes or until the desired flavor. The flavor should be much more concentrated than a typical cup of tea.
3. Remove tea leaves and compost.
4. Bring your tea/water infusion back to a boil on the stovetop.
5. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
6. Set saucepan aside and let cool for an hour or so before pouring into a mason jar.
Store in refrigerator keeps for one month.
This tea makes a wonderful gift idea too. For our Hoedown, we made gift baskets with the tea. Just too cute! Adding some chocolates will make a wonderful blend.

A smoothie with a little fun through your straw! The blends of these herbs and fruit and Plexus protein 96 will just make your taste buds wonder what happened!
Of course with any recipe add what you feel you like most. Variations are to your imagination as well. I love chocolate and peanut butter so I may try that next.
I also love adding my Pumpkin Tea Blend using Roobios teathat you can find on my blog too for a nice fall smoothie.
Note: the black BOBA bubbles are best if you don’t want dyes. The color ones are really fun but I saw they had a bunch of things I didn’t want in my body.
So here we go…Ready?
First, you will need:
Bogo Bubbles or Tapioca Pearls(buy here comes with straws)
Frozen or fresh raspberries
Plexus 96 Protein Vanilla (buy here)
Rose Petals (buy here)
Hibiscus Flower(buy here)
Organic honey (buy here)Step 1: Get your bubbles ready by following package directions. Leave in cold water until your ready to strain and put in the bottom of your fun bubble smoothie glass.Step 2: Make up your Hibiscus/Rose tea (I had mine made the night before and chilled in the fridge ready to go. But if you are making yours fresh make sure to cool it down once it has steeped for its 10-15 minutes.Step 3: Pour 1 Cup of tea in a blender and add your honey or Stevia.
Step 4: Add ½ Cup of Almond milkStep 5: Add your Raspberries and ice cubesStep 6: Add you Plexus 96 ( I use only half of a package)
Blend away until nice and SMOOTHPut your bubbles in your mug making sure to be well drained. Pour your smoothie mixture over the bubbles and add a touch of sprinkled rose herbs on top.
Add your straw and ENJOY!!!!
